Paula Briedis received her Master’s degree from Western Evangelical Seminary in Portland, Oregon. With over twenty-five years of experience, she is dedicated to providing thoughtful, compassionate, and individualized therapy to help individuals, couples, and families achieve change and personal growth. Her goal is to help equip, encourage, and engage clients as they journey through illness, hurts, fears, addictions, and other difficulties they face in their lives. In recognizing that each person brings their own story, Paula combines a unique blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and faith-based techniques to craft an approach that meets each where they are at. Her expertise covers a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, life transitions, grief, relational problems, or those simply wanting to live life more fully. She also works with survivors of sexual abuse and trauma. Offering individual or group therapy, Paula is committed to helping others navigate the rough roads of life.
