Rev Digna Soria-Campanano
Senior Staff Chaplain, Advocate Sherman Hospital
The Rev. Digna Campanano is an ordained clergy in the Northern Illinois Conference of the United Methodist Church. She was appointed to Extension Ministries at Advocate Sherman Hospital as a Senior Staff Chaplain with primary clinical responsibility for Oncology Care. Rev. Campanano joined Advocate Health Care in September 2006 and since then became part of the Mission and Spiritual Care Department. Very recently, Rev. Campanano received special training in Advance Care Planning and has been certified both as a Facilitator and Instructor for the course.
